Grad Parties: 6 Romper Styles You Have To Try

Hello beautiful people, sorry it's been a while.

Regardless of how long it's been, 'tis the season...for an endless number of grad parties – chatting with adults, pretending you still want to see your old high school acquaintances, eating delicious food, and taking pictures.

I can't help with the first three issues but here is the sneaky way to keep you looking fab in all those pictures.

It's trendy, it's timeless, it's The Romper (aka the playsuit)

There's a reason they call this the playsuit: it's playful - fun to look at and fun to wear.
It's a common misconception that rompers only look good on a certain body type but there are a ton of different types of rompers. It took me until two days ago to find a romper that actually fit my body type but once you find it, you can wear it forever.

For me, a romper that kind of looks like a dress looks best. (The black and white one pictured is the one I'll be wearing to all grad parties!) This is because I have a square frame, so finding a romper with a defined waist but loser bottom is best for me.
Things like this:

Black and white romper | Dark blue romper | Blue romper | White romper | Orange romper | Black romper

Rompers with full pants are super classy and cute but are best on very thin girls or very tall girls. (Keep in mind when you're shopping online that these are often called jumpsuits)
Like these:

Blue romper | White romper | Multi-colored romper | Light blue romper | Green romper | Navy romper

For girls with any body type and a whole lotta confidence, be a grad-party-stopper in a bold pattern.
Like this:

From left to right - first row: Sunflower romper | Tropical romper | Blue chevron romper | Black romper
bottom row: White romper | Green romper | Blue romper

If you're going for a sweet, flirty summer look stick to solid rompers in light pastels and other romantic colors.
For example:

Blue romper | White romper | Pink romper | Light blue romper | Light green romper | Green romper

Another type of romper is the quasi-overall romper. They're like flowy printed overalls.
Here are some:

A romper is also perfect for the beach. Flowy with a nautical or summery pattern is the way to go.
Check these out:

White romper | Sunflower romper | Navy romper | Red romper | White v-neck romper | Striped romper

Rompers are super versatile, so I'd recommend investing in one or a few!
